Pricing FAQ
- Do I need to pay to play pick'em with friends?
- No. Free Member accounts can create and join unlimited free leagues at no cost.
- What are Yards?
- Yards are tokens that power the AI football analyst. Each chat prompt costs Yards based on the model (Haiku = 1, Grok = 2, Sonnet Thinking = 5). Free members get 50 Yards on signup and 50 more each month; guests get 10 per day.
- How do prize league entry fees work?
- Entry fees are collected via Stripe Checkout. The app tracks the prize pot, weekly payouts, and season grand prize. Commissioners mark payouts as sent after distributing winnings.
- Can one person be in multiple leagues?
- Yes. Run an office pool, a family league, and a high-stakes prize league all at once.
- How do playoff brackets work?
- Complete one full week of Pick'em picks in any league to unlock one free bracket per season. Additional brackets cost $25 each (configurable). Make picks via chat and track your score on the bracket page.
- What's the difference between straight-up and confidence scoring?
- Straight-up awards 1 point per correct pick. Confidence scoring lets you rank your picks — more points when you're right on your most confident games. See the docs for details.
