About
Football picks are better with friends.
A social NFL prediction platform for friend groups, office pools, and anyone who thinks they know football better than their buddies.
Our story
NFL Pick’em began as an AI-powered football analyst — a chatbot that could pull 20 years of stats, live scores, injury reports, and breaking news on demand. It was great for research, but the best football conversations happen between friends with skin in the game.
So we rebuilt around competition. Create a private league, share an invite code, make your picks before kickoff, and let the standings settle the debate. Add a playoff bracket when January hits. Raise the stakes with a prize league when bragging rights aren’t enough.
The AI assistant is still here — not as the headline, but as the unfair advantage in your corner when you’re stuck between two teams on Sunday morning.
What we believe
Pick'em first
We started as an AI football chatbot. The new direction puts weekly leagues and standings at the center — competition with your people, every Sunday.
AI as your edge
The analyst didn't go away. It's your research desk — stats, injuries, matchups, and news on demand while you fill out your pick sheet.
Private by default
Leagues are invite-code gated. Your picks, your trash talk, your pot. No public leaderboards unless you want them.
Built for
- ✓Friend groups who argue about football every Monday morning
- ✓Office pools that need automatic scoring and standings
- ✓Families running a season-long competition with a small buy-in
- ✓Solo fans who want an AI analyst without joining a league
How the system works
Scoring rules, pick locking, bracket points, prize league mechanics, and AI tool capabilities are documented in detail — that belongs in the docs, not a marketing blurb.
